Beth Israel Men's Club to hear Councilwoman Marti Emerald
 SAN DIEGO (Press Release) -- City Councilwoman Marti Emerald (picture at right) , a former investigative reporter for KGTV-Channel 10, will be the guest speaker at the Men's Club of Congregation Beth Israel at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 15.
