Our columnists, contributors and readers often share with us articles they have read on other websites which they think will be of particular interest to our readers. We love to pass them on, with credit to the referrer:
The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) forwards an article from the Jerusalem Post telling of plans for joint Naval exercises by Russia and Iran in the Caspian Sea. Here's the link
Matthew Brooks, executive director of the Republican Jewish Coalition, sends along a piece in the New York Jewish Week accusing President Obama of lying to Jewish groups during the presidential campaign about his real intentions toward Israel.
Jay Jacobson of Minneapolis forwarded this piece from the Hudson Institute citing Arab sources acknowledging that they fled Palestine on their own accord. Here's the link.

Jacobson also sent us a piece in the American Thinker by Leo Rennert that the criticism of President Obama on the settlements issue by Alan Solow, chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major Jewish Organizations, represents a real crack in Obama's political base. Solow is a fellow Illinois resident who has been a longtime backer of Obama. Here's the link
Bob Jellison, chairman of the San Diego Democratic County Committee, passes on an analysis that Sen. Arlen Specter (Democrat-Pennsylvania) has become a reliable party vote on contentious issues since switching from the Republican party. Here's the link.
Hillel Mazansky of La Jolla is sending around the petition to Google to remove "Jew Watch" from the search engine. The site comes up when you search the word "Jew" and it is virulently anti-Semitic. Here's the on-line petititon.
Dan Schaffer of San Diego liked the column by Caroline Glick recapitulating a column in the New York Times by Aluf Benn on Obama and Israel. Here's the link.
