Position Title:  Case Aide (Geriatric)

Salary/Wage: $12/hour; mileage reimbursement

Position Overview
Jewish Family Service's Geriatric Care Management and SOS (Serving Older Survivors) program is looking to hire a part-time case aide to visit frail elderly in their homes, provide socialization, help with paper work,  accompany to physician’s visits and other appointments. 
Position Requirements
The position requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in social work.  The job requires someone to be caring, flexible, organized and has reliable transportation.  Willingness to drive throughout the San Diego area is required. A familiarity with Jewish tradition and culture would be helpful. EOE
Additional Information

The part-time position is hourly.  The hours may expand and become full-time depending on the work-load.  However, willingness to accept F/T work is not required.
